2015 feels like a year for big things. I can feel the potential of it crackling and oozing around the idea of it.
I want to help you make the most of it.
So I’ve put together this really simple, 21-day program to help you organise and get a game plan in action for what you want to achieve in 2015.
We’ll be focusing on planning out and creating an execution plan for your bootcamp business but in reality you can use these methods for all aspects of your work and personal life.
What you get from this
Personally, I’m not great at sticking to plans, they feel too rigid and inflexible.
Two months from now who know what new tools will be available, what new information I have learnt or what curve balls life has thrown at me?
Being rigid is a good way to miss out on the joy of living life as it comes.
This is coming from someone who used to live his life strictly. From my diet, to exercise, to relationships, to my career, it was all mapped out. I took comfort in the fact that from about the age of 14 I had already made most of the decisions I would need to in my life.
But something changed along the way. Me.
And of course everything around me.
My priorities shifted, I read new books, I spoke to different people and suddenly the path was not so clear and the harder I tried to control things the more miserable and frustrated I became.
So what you are going to get in the 21 Day Program is the non-planners guide to planning. The exercises and questions I throw at you will help give you a game plan while still allowing you to take advantage of new opportunities as they come your way or allow you to change direction should your plan not go as you wanted it to.
Week 1 – Review and learn from 2014
We’ll start off by taking a look back at 2014. What went well and what didn’t go so well?
Using this information we can look at where we want to go this year.
Week 2 – Plan our attack for 2015
In week 2 I’ll show you how to distill all of the projects and goals you have tumbling around inside your head into a choice few that you can start working on.
Less is more when trying to get things done. The fewer projects you are working on the more likely you are to actually get them finished rather than working on 20 things at once and not really achieving anything.
If you aren’t sure where to take your business next year, I’ll help you come up with some ideas with some good questions.
Week 3 – How to actually get this stuff done
In the final week we’ll look at how to actually do, finish and ship our projects.
Want to start a new time slot for your bootcamp? Let’s break it down into what you need to do, how you are going to do it and when. And then let’s keep you accountable so you will follow through.
- Q&A call at the end of week 2. Come talk to me online and ask any questions or get help with any parts you are getting stuck on.
- Accountability. Part of the planning will actually be sharing your ‘homework’ with the group. (Don’t worry – you can use code names if you don’t want people to see your secret plans for world bootcamp domination.) Having to share your work will help you actually do it.
- Reminder emails. Don’t worry about forgetting and falling behind, I’ll keep you up to date with what you are doing and will remind you to check in with us.
Free. Read why…
Each month this year, I’d like to run a different program to help you tackle an aspect of running your bootcamp business. It will cost money, but this month I’m running it free so you can get a feel for what it will be like.
To join us for the program, just make sure you are on the email list below. There is not credit card sign up or anything like that and there won’t be a hard sell at the end, if you have been following me for a while, you know I’m not into that.
Once you confirm your email you will be all set to receive the first email on Friday 9th January.
